Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  •  Damaged or defective products — Items that arrive damaged, opened, or in unsatisfactory condition.

  •  Incorrect order — You received the wrong product(s) or flavor(s).

  •  Quality issues — The product does not meet our quality standards.

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed products due to a change of preference. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out.

  •  A replacement shipment at no additional cost

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

  •  Orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer

  •  Products that have been consumed beyond what is needed to assess quality.
